While driving across 46 States & 9 Provinces, we stayed in a LOT of Hotels. (Our Travels)
We grew tired of boring Rooms and hotels / motels that didn't offer Breakfast. We never liked having to ask for discounts to get a better rate. Our biggest gripe was begging for a late check out. Why do hotels treat you like crap in the mornings? "We've got your money, now get up and get out!"????
We designed a place that we would LOVE to stay in.

Each Room is an extension of our Home. Filled with amenities you won't ever find in a Hotel. We even have a Paperback Book Swap in each room. We treat everyone like Trusted Friends and know you aren't Kleptomarriotts. lol (Don't you love that term?)
The Rooms have Coffee Makers (extra Coffee & Tea), Alarm Clocks, Hair Dryers, Books, Magazines, Umbrellas, Playing Cards, Crib Boards, Premium Satellite TV, Wifi & Plenty of Extras - I won't list ALL of our Amenities - There wouldn't be any Surprises! 
And yes - EVERYONE gets Free Breakfast, a 1 PM Check Out and Lenient Cancellation Policies

Extra People $10 - Children under 10 yrs $5 (13% Tax applicable) Check-In Time / Office Hours - 3 PM till 11 PM Special arrangements are required to check-in at anytime other than Office hours - 3 PM till 11 PM It's FREE to Cancel a Room before noon on the day of arrival (keep your cancellation number in a safe place) $25 Fee to cancel between Noon and 6 PM.
