The Chalets are certainly the most sought after Accommodations for Fishermen, Hunters, and long term stays.  It's like staying in someone's  home for a week!  Everything is supplied for you - the ONLY thing you need to bring is food and drinks!  

Ice is complimentary - more Freezer Space is supplied if you need it.  Each Chalet has a full size fridge with a freezer.  

The Rooms are very large, and have nice size Mini Fridges.  If you don't require a kitchen for your stay, you'll be more than happy with our rooms.

Looking for some Speckled Trout nearby??  Depending on the water level of our creek that runs through our property, many fishermen walk the creek from the bottom of the falls to a nice fishing hole!  Lots of specks in there!

Our falls are spectacular any time of year! This Creek will take you to the Magpie RIVER (not the reservoir) for more fishing opportunities.  

You can hop on an ATV, or in a 4 x 4 and travel Henson's Road out back to numerous fishing lakes.  

Every person needs a license to fish in Ontario .

Annual Wawa Salmon Derby (August)

The Wawa Salmon Derby is a two person event featuring $20,000 in cash and prizes. Taking place on Lake Superior in the Michipicoten Harbour area in late August, we'll be going after the salmon returning annually to spawn in the Michipicoten River. There is excellent Salmon and Lake Trout fishing and daily prizes for the largest fish. We also have entertainment Saturday night and a participant's meal Sunday post Derby. SMALL GAME

 Partridge (Grouse) & Spruce Hen season opens September 15 and lasts till December 15th.  My brother Hutch, and my Dad hop on their ATV's and head out back.  They always return with a bunch of Birds!  Yeow! We look forward to Mom's fabulous Partridge Stew every fall  - YUMM!!)
